个人简介
王玉婵,工学博士,毕业于中国科学院大学,现任永利3044官网副教授,目前在微纳电子器件与系统团队(负责人:张楷亮)。
曾在重庆邮电大学从事科研工作,参与量子点发光材料、神经形态忆阻材料与器件的研发,积累了先进半导体材料,器件和系统集成的研发经验。长期深耕于先进存储技术领域,研究方向主要为新型信息存储材料与类脑神经形态器件、柔性智能感知器件与系统。
主持和参与包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国科协2021年度高端科技创新智库青年项目、重庆市自然基金面上项目在内的多项纵向科研课题。
在Chem. Eng. J.、IEEE ELECTR DEVICE L.、Appl. Phys. Lett.、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。已申请与授权国际/国内发明专利8项,具备较好的科研与实践能力。
致力于集成电路相关产业发展,积极推动集成电路工程、电子科学与技术等相关学科人才培养。
